Important information

○Room rate

  • ・Room rate varies depending on the number of guest(s) staying in one room. Please ensure to make a booking with the accurate number of guest(s).
  • ・There is no charge for a child at the age of 2 or younger who does not need an extra bed (sharing a bed with parents) and meal, but it is required to inform the hotel. We will not include in the number of guest(s) for that room.
  • ・Please pay an additional JPY 1,200 at the hotel for children 3 years of age and older who do not require their own bedding. (With breakfast included.)
  • ・There is a charge for a child at the age of 6 or older. Please see conditions on travel agent website with which you are booking.

○Deposit Policy

  • ・For ”guest who pays the room rate at the hotel”, we ask to put down a deposit or to present credit card upon check-in.
  • ・The amount of deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the bill when settling upon check-out.

○Tattoo Policy

  • ・Exposure of any kind of tattoo, including a small one spot design, is prohibited in any facilities of the hotel.
  • ・Please wear clothes to cover in the public space such as lobby and restaurants.
  • ・Please wear a rash guard to cover when using a pool.
  • ・Please refrain from using Thalasso & Spa and Onsen (public bath).

○What to wear in the hotel

  • ・Please refrain from entering the hotel building with swimwear and/or slippers on.
  • ・Pajamas and slippers provided in the room are allowed only on 5th floor through 12th floor.
  • ・Please wear clothes on top of swimwear in the public space such as lobby and restaurants.

○Smoking Policy

  • ・Public space, including guest rooms, are all non-smoking, except Main Bar.
  • ・Please use designated smoking area in the hotel property when smoking.

○Prevention of drunk driving

  • ・The hotel will not serve alcohol to guest who is going to drive afterwards.
  • ・Please inquire Front Desk or Concierge for information of substitute driver service (Unten Daiko) or arrangement of a taxi.

○Medicines

  • ・According to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, article 24, the hotel is not allowed to give any medicines to guest.
  • ・Please prepare yourself. We are happy to assist by providing hospital / drugstore information.

○Usage of unmanned aerial vehicle (drone)

  • ・Usage of unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) is prohibited to secure the safety of other hotel guests.
  • ・It is also prohibited in Ocean Expo Park located adjacent to the hotel.

○Firework

  • ・Please do not shoot fireworks and/or firecrackers in the hotel property.
