【お知らせ】2025年7月5日（土）ご宿泊のお客様へのご案内（「海洋博公園サマーフェスティバル/海洋博花火大会」開催に伴う注意事項）
平素よりオリオンホテル モトブ リゾート＆スパをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
2025年7月5日（土）は、「海洋博公園サマーフェスティバル2025」開催に伴い、ホテル周辺道路の混雑が予想されております。
チェックインやご滞在中のお出かけの際は、お時間に余裕をもってご移動いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
また、同日は「海洋博美ら海花火大会2025」の開催準備および安全確保のため、エメラルドビーチは終日ご利用いただけません。

Fireworks Viewing Area at Emerald Beach
下記ご案内を事前にご確認の上、ご来館いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
■チェックイン時のご案内
・許田ICからは15時頃から交通量が増え、ホテル付近は16時頃から混雑が予想されるため、早い時間帯のチェックインをおすすめいたします。
・20時以降は、県道114号線が一方通行になるため、遅い時間帯でのチェックインをご予定の場合は、今帰仁方面からお越しいただくことをおすすめいたします。
・お車でお越しのお客様は、ホテルご到着の際に3Fエントランスまでお進みください。
■注意事項
・エメラルドビーチは終日遊泳禁止です。ホテル内ビーチゲート（ビーチ側ゲート）も閉門いたします。
・エメラルドビーチは花火大会の観覧チケットをお持ちの方のみ入場可能です。ホテルで入場チケットの取り扱いはございません。
・海洋博公園または沖縄美ら海水族館へ行くには、ホテル内パークゲート（海洋博公園側ゲート）をご利用ください。
・レストランは込み合うことが予想されるため、事前予約をおすすめいたします。
・オールデイダイニング「シリウス」は2部制（17:00～、18:40～）でのご案内となります。
・駐車場台数には限りがございます。お車は1室あたり1台でのご来館にご協力をお願いいたします。
・ご宿泊者様およびレストランをご利用のお客様以外は、館内への立ち入りができません。
・ご宿泊者様以外の方が、花火鑑賞目的で客室に入室することはお断りいたします。
・花火大会の開催可否の最終判断は、7月5日（土）午前11時に行われます。
ご来館予定のお客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Notice Regarding Traffic Congestion and Facility Access on Saturday, July 5, 2025
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of The Orion Hotel Motobu Resort & Spa.
Please be informed that heavy traffic congestion is expected in the areas surrounding th hotel on Saturday, July 5, 2025, due to the Ocean Expo Park Summer Festival 2025. We kindly ask that you allow extra time for travel when checking in or going out during your stay.
In addition, Emerald Beach will be closed for the entire day to ensure safety and accommodate preparations for the Churaumi Fireworks Festival 2025, which will be held on the same day.
We kindly request that you review the following information in advance to ensure a smooth and pleasant visit.
■ Information for Check-in
・Traffic is expected to increase around 3:00 PM near the Kyoda IC and become congested near the hotel from around 4:00 PM. We recommend an earlier check-in time if possible.
・After 8:00 PM, Route 114 will become one-way. If you plan to check in later in the evening, please arrive via Nakijin.
・Guests arriving by car are requested to proceed to the 3rd-floor hotel entrance upon arrival.
■ Important Notices
・Swimming will not be permitted at Emerald Beach for the entire day. The hotel’s beach gate (beachside entrance/exit) will also be closed.
・Entry to Emerald Beach will be limited to guests with valid fireworks event tickets only. The hotel does not sell or distribute tickets.
・To access Ocean Expo Park or Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, please use the Park Gate located on the hotel premises.
・As restaurants are expected to be very busy, advance reservations are highly recommended.
・All-Day Dining Sirius will operate with two seatings: from 5:00 PM and from 6:40 PM.
・Parking is limited. Please arrive with no more than one vehicle per guest room.
・Access to the hotel building is restricted to overnight guests and restaurant patrons only.
・Non-registered guests will not be permitted to enter guest rooms to view the fireworks.
・The final decision regarding cancellation of the fireworks event will be made at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 5.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
